Ophelia's Place is a non-profit headquartered in Syracuse, NY that provides support for individuals, families, and communities impacted by eating disorders, disordered eating, and body dissatisfaction. Circles of Change is a movement created by Ophelia's Place.

+ How do I pick up my conference pass?

We will provide an early check-in opporutunity on Friday night at the Embrace screening.

+ Is there parking?

Yes, there is ample onsight parking.

+ What time should I arrive on Saturday

The doors open at 8am, programming starts promptly at 9am.

+ Can I leave early or come late?

You can leave as necessary but you may miss something awesome. We will seat late arrivals inbetween speakers.

+ Are there assigned seats?

There is no assigned seating.

+ Who attends a women's conference?

  • Individuals interested in creating change in their personal and public lives.
  • Those willing to celebrate and empower women and girls.
  • Community leaders, activists, and educators.
  • Women and Men who desire to reclaim health, redefine beauty, and restore their relationship with their body.

+ Do I need to bring anything?

We recommend bringing a journal and a pen to capture some of the inspiration.

+ Are computers/tablets allowed?

Yes, and please consider using the hashtag #circlesofchange on your social media.

+ What about food?

There will be foodtrucks on site for the lunch break but food will not be provided by the hosts.

+ Where do I sign up?

Registration will be available here after January 1, 2017.

+ Are there volunteer passes available?

We are seeking a limited number volunteers for a 6 hour commitment during the conference.

+ Is the space handicap accessible?

Yes, it is fully handicap/ADA compliant.

+ Is there special student pricing?

Yes, and student ID's are required for pick-up.
